Recipe: ‘Forty Thieves’ Tahini Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

Dressing:

1 cup Forty Thieves Hulled Tahini

¼ cup fresh lemon juice 

¾ cup filtered water

3 cloves crushed raw garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

Fresh chopped flat leaf parsley

Olive oil

Paprika

METHOD:

Whisk tahini and lemon juice together with a fork. Add water gradually until mixture reaches desired consistency. Mix in crushed garlic, salt and pepper and taste.

Serve in a large dish and garnish with chopped parsley, olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika. Accompany with any fresh salad, flatbread or roasted root veggies.
