Your presenter Ben Eitelberg has over 20 years triathlon & multisport competitive experience. As a Triathlon NZ Level 3 accredited coach, he has been operating his endurance sports coaching business, Fitness Locker, for over 8 years. Whilst an emphasis has always been placed on real food nutrition, the journey to a completely wholefood plant-based approach has been an extremely favourable one worth sharing.
