Energising Raw Coconut & Maca Fudge
1 cup organic coconut oil, melted
3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Seleno Health gelatinised maca powder
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 pinch coarse sea salt
extra cacao powder for dusting
– Melt coconut oil and mix with cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, maca powder and shredded coconut.
– Line small baking dish or glass with parchment paper and pour mixture into dish.
– Sprinkle with sea salt and additional cacao powder (if using) over the top.
– Refrigerate for one hour or until solid. Slice and serve.
– Store in fridge until ready to eat. (Use within five days).
