1. Stress depletes our vitamin C. lowering our immunity! So add some citrus fruits and broccoli to your meals.
2. Green leafy veggies, such as silver beet and spinach will boost your iron, magnesium and folate all important for improving your energy and anxiety levels.
3. Add some good bacteria in to the mix to support your gut health (your second brain) by eating fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi & kombucha.
4. Lastly, soak up some vitamin D by spending just 15 minutes three times per week in the midday sun.
